I've had both, and honestly, Hoverfly holds up really well for the price. My folding scooter from them feels sturdy. Pride might have some fancier features on higher end models, but for everyday use, Hoverfly is solid.

My neighbor has a Pride and I have a Hoverfly trike. Hers was way more expensive and honestly, mine does everything I need. The battery life is good too.

My adult electric bike battery lasts a good while, probably around 20-30 miles depending on how much pedal assist I use. The trikes should be similar.
